The figures. Market figures are derived from NSW Valuer General bulk Property Sales Information, aggregated and corrected by Hunter Insight. The Valuer General does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of that data, and neither do we. Figures are updated periodically and may change as late-registered sales arrive.

Engagements. Buyer’s agency services are provided only under a written agency agreement, which sets out the scope, fee and terms. Nothing on this site is an offer to act for you.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this site. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
