We collect the minimum, use it for the purpose you gave it, and never sell it.

What we collect

Two forms on this site collect personal information: the report request (email address) and the enquiry form (name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and what you tell us about what you are looking to buy, including a budget band and timeframe if you choose them).

Why we collect it

The report request email is used to send the report you asked for. Enquiry details are used to respond to the enquiry and, if you engage us, to run that engagement. That is the whole list.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms (our hosting provider’s form service), where we review them; the contact point for anything about your data is dan@hunterinsight.com.au. Our hosting provider also processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, to operate the service. We do not operate a separate marketing database.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
• We do not pass your details to third parties for marketing.
• We do not run third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.

Deletion and access

Email dan@hunterinsight.com.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We action deletion requests for both our records and the form service’s stored submissions.
